Back to the homeland.
Today I popped into Jack Wills, only to see a friend, and I ended up grabbing some proper bargains!
I got these three quarter length sweatpants that are a faded red colour. The material is super soft, and as long as you wash them properly they will stay this soft too. They are going to be perfect for lounging around at uni, and for £10 I don't mind if something happens to them.
I also gorgeous bright pink chinos. They're super comfortable and according to Vogues september issue, pink is THE colour this season. And they were only £16, amazing!

Trying not to look awkward and sleepy.
Today has been the definition of a lazy day. I got up late, lay in bed for an hour, then had a bath and got dressed, finally made a hair appointment for tomorrow, and have just been listening to Joshua Radin and John Mayer all day.

A lot of people often say that Jack Wills leggings are over prices, and if you don't have a big budget then maybe they aren't for you, but honestly, they're amazing, they strong and durable, they always go back to their shape. I had never been a fan of leggings until I bought these. I will admit, I worked their for 2 years before quitting to become and au pair, so some may say I'm biased, but I wouldn't still wear the clothes if I didn't believe they looked good and were well made too.
Don't knock it till you've tried it!
Here's a gorgeous Joshua Radin song for you.

Jumper:MissGuided Shirt:Jack Wills Shorts:Levi's *Thrifted
Nail Varnish:Nails Inc Watch:Michael Kors
I recently read in Tatler magazine that shorts are like skirts but more mysterious. I think that cold weather doesn't mean you need to hide your legs away in jeans. Winter shorts and skirts paired with leggings or tights, long socks and a pair of boots is way cuter being completely covered.
My Michael Kors watch was this years Christmas present and I love it so much, yes, they are pricey, but its a simple accessory that guarantee's stylish bling in everyday outfits.

Pull My Strings
I did a photoshoot for my friend Gemma Lock yesterday. She really is amazing.
This was one of the most challenging shoots I've done, which I think was due to the use of artificial lighting. I couldn't figure out where the shadows were and how to position myself. And upon first glance of some of the photo's I was a little unsure of them. But they are really amazing. The lighting is perfect every time, Gemma has this great way of making me look very feminine in very masculine surroundings. She softens me a lot as me features can be very harsh.
The picture on the pool table is the only picture where my harsh jawline works!
A link to her flicker is here.
Check her out, she really is wonderful.

NPS Shoes Ltd
I know a lot of people get bored of me banging on about Jack Wills,
But to be honest, I get insanely bored of people down talking it.
But to be honest, I get insanely bored of people down talking it.
It is actually a really good company, with a lot of heart.
We had staff training tonight, which was just introducing new products and updating our knowledge.
Some of you may know that we have been selling brogues for a while now, however, most of you will have just seen the hefty price tag and moved on by.
But if you actually took the time to try on a pair and feel the craftsmanship in them, and gave us the chance to talk to about the product, the history, the company, you'd understand why they are the price they are.
Jack Wills don't actually make the shoes, a company called NPS Shoes Ltd do, they are made in Britain by people just like you, your parents, your siblings, your aunt and uncles.
If you pop into one of our stores you will be able to watch a video and see first hand what I'm talking about.
Each shoe is handled over 200 time and has up to 12 different processes involved. There isn't a robot making your shoes, it's a real person, there's a story behind it, so much care and effort put into that one shoe of yours.

I promise you they will last you years, they will be the most comfortable shoe you own, and are so in fashion its imperative you own a pair, so why not make it a pair of Jack Wills/NPS Shoes, I honestly don't believe you'll regret it.
Here's a link to the Jack Wills website, it includes the video I was talking about earlier.
I also really really really really really want this!
My winter wont be the same without this beauty! <3

The way in which things have changed amazes me.
The way the tables have turned and I seem to have come off better, is insane.
I have some of the craziest, and beautifulest and loveliest friends, that I never would have made if I hadn't broken away from the repetitive cycle of school, and nottingham.

No one thought I'd get my job, no one thought I'd have the guts to move away,
and I did. I've made some sacrifices.
But I couldn't be happier.
Things are looking up, and I'm heading towards possibly the best summer of my life so far.

I bought those, I think I may live in them, I also want this dress, I just don't know which colour, White or Floral?

Jack Wills is the most amazing company in the world...
and I love working there!
Getting the job last august was a dream come true and it just gets better and better.
Getting up to go is never a chore as it doesn't even feel like work, I'm surrounded by the most amazing people and I just love being surrounded by like-minded people and the customers are a joy.

Now, I just had a phone from my supervisor, and they want me as well as a few others to go down and open the new Birmingham store on Saturday!
I get to meet the director of the company and stuff!
Mannn I'm so excited!
