Whats On My Face

I was in desperate need of a new BB Cream and seeing as I'm a poor student now, I knew a drugstore product would be all I could afford. I was the Maybelline Dream Pure BB Cream for Oily skin. It is 2% Salicylic Acid which is supposed to stop break outs. It's a really nice soft, almost mouse texture and glides onto the skin really easily. You can wear it really light or heavier for more coverage, so far its still sitting on my skin fine, but I'll keep testing it and update you at a later date.

BB Creams

Hey there guys! I know I posted about the Garnier BB Cream a while ago now and I was raving about it, but over time, I started to dislike it, a lot.
I have insanely oily skin, its impossible, so and even though the Garnier BB Cream claims to mattify, it doesn't. At first it looks lovely on my skin, but by the middle of the day, the oil is breaking through and I look gross. Also, I have the 'Light' shade, and light it is certainly not. Its really dark! I have to spread it all over my neck too to make it blend and look natural.
The point is, with something simple like a BB Cream, I don't want to have to think about it this much. I don't want to have to be blotting and powdering all day.
BB Creams were supposed to be my skin saviour. Especially at the minute, going to uni means new people so I feel the need to wear make up everyday, and I'm just started to wean off the foundation now, but I'm remember how much I dislike the Garnier BB Cream I have.

So what is the best BB Cream for oily skin in your opinion?

Illamasqua: Loella Nail Varnish

I saw this gorgeous bottle arrive in the post for my Mum, and I knew I needed it.
When she wasn't looking a snatched it up and painted my nails with it. This was a week ago, and not a single nail has chipped. So not only is it a gorgeous summer colour, its also super durable; and I work in retail! I find it so hard to find a nail varnish that can survive me using my hands so much in the day.
Some people my think £14.50 might be a lot, but it really is so good, two coats and you're done!

purple dreams

It's photographs like this that make me not able to wait to get into the industry.
The dress it beautiful.
The cut is beautiful.
The colour is beautiful.
The proportions are beautiful.
and SHE is beautiful.

I want to make dresses and garments and gowns that make people look and feel beautiful, and elegant, and feminine.
and most of all, worthy, I want a woman to step into my gowns and feel worthy, like they belong on that dress. They are wearing the dress, the dress doesn't wear her. She doesn't need to ask , 'is it too much?' because it doesn't matter. She looks beautiful, feels beautiful, is just effortlessly beautiful.
